meet the owners
Sharde bullard & Icea pettigrew are sisters who shared a love for fitness but built that love for two very different reasons. What they shared in common was longing for a space where culturally relevant professionals provided them with consistent encouragement to obtain their goals. This birthed The Trap Lab Fitness Studio.
Their fitness approach is to offer a variety of classes that incorporate the culture, style, and diversity of all women. This unique sister duo built a fitness environment for everyday women, encouraging them to lead healthier lives and build confidence within.
they adapted a slogan; “Are you ready to switch up the formula?" The idea surrounding this concept is to escape the mindset of being trapped in a routine of not prioritizing self-care. Switching up the formula entails pushing oneself to a place of discomfort that requires and promotes a positive, permanent change in life. Creating a whole new formula, mindset, and approach, The Trap Lab Fitness Studio strives to secure a long-term presence in the community.
